Our property managers are dedicated to serve our tenants housing needs. They are available over the phone, text, or email during working hours for any questions or issues that may arise, and also after hours for emergencies.
Students appreciate not having to haul around heavy furniture, that is why most of our units are fully furnished for your convenience. However should you prefer instead to bring in your own furniture we will gladly take your request and once it has been authorized we will remove any furniture you don't need. Simply talk to your property manager when you sign up and he or she will make the appropriate arrangements.
Our maintenance staff main goal is to make sure that you unit is always in top working condition. For your convenience, we thoroughly inspect every unit in between move outs and move ins, and fix or note any issues we may find. After you move in you can notify us of any issues or needs by calling your property manager, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or simply fill out an online maintenance request.
